RULES

• LIMITED ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED , 2-5TH GRADE, 6-8TH GRADE, 9-12TH GRADE 

• REGISTRATION MUST INCLUDE A HEAD SHOT PHOTO

•  COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM 

• REGISTRATION FEE IS $40.00

• CATEGORIES: WALK THE RUNWAY, TALENT, PHOTOGENTIC, BEST GOWN, BEAUTY

• PRIZES: 3RD PLACE-CERTIFICATE AWARD, SPECIAL GIFT, 2ND PLACE- CERTIFICATE AWARD, SPECIAL GIFT, CASH PRIZE, ULTIMATE SUPREME CHAMPION- CROWN, SASH, SPECIAL GIFT, $150.00

• ONLY (1) PERSON ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY THE PARTICIPANT IN THE DRESSING AREA

COACHES- No coaching allowed from backstage once participant enter the stage. If any participant (or SUPPORTERS) display ANY form of disrespectful/unethical behavior YOU will be disqualified and may be escorted off the premises.

FACILITY- Because of limited amount of space we ask the contestants to use the dressing areas instead of the restrooms. Restrooms will be open to the public spectators.

REGISTRATION/DEADLINE

REGISTRATION ENTRY FEE $40

Registration must be submitted with payment 30 days prior to the event date.  Late registration must be submitted by MARCH 31, 2017 and will be charged a $15.00 late fee. 
ONLINE REGISTRATION: To request a registration form please email (showupshowoutnc@gmail.com) the CONTESTANT REGISTRATION FORM, LIABILITY, AND MEDIA RELEASE FORM after payment is made.

It is the responsibility of each CONTESTANT/COACH to monitor all belongings. ShowUp ShowOut will NOT be responsible for any lost/stolen items. This is a family friendly event all dance selections must be respectful and tasteful….
