1. PReliminary round: 2016 SHOWUP SHOWOUT  Church Choir/Praise Dance Competition (the “Contest”) begins at 6:00pm Eastern Time on September 13th and ends on 9:00pm ET on October 13th, 2016 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Preliminary Period, each entry must submit a video of their prelim performance. preliminary round begins at 6:00:01am ET on September 13, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on October 13, 2016.

2. FINALE' ROUND ("Round 2”) will take place on November 12, 2016 at High Point Theater located in Highh Point, nc. All entries must be received during Round 1. The Administrator’s (as defined below) computer is the official time keeping device for this Contest.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is only open to (5) church soloist, (5)choirs and (5) praise dance teams that meet all of the following requirements:

A. Each performing member of the Choir/praise dance must pay an entry fee of $10. each soloist entry fee is $20. (a.) a legal resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. 

​

b. The Choir must consist of between ten (10) and twenty (20) performing Choir Members. For each Round, the Choir must perform church/gospel genre music timed between 5-8mins . The Choir must be affiliated with a church/religious organization confirming its tax exempt status; and is located within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (the “Religious Organization”)

c. praise dance teams consist of between five (5) and ten (10) dancers.  For each Round, the Praise dance team must perform to gospel genre music timed between 3-6mins er routinre.. The Choir team must be affiliated with a church/religious organization; and is located within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (the “Religious Organization”)
